The quick way to access results

If you have access to your GP health record in your NHS account, you’ll be able to see your summary record using the NHS App or the NHS website. It contains information about your medicines and allergies.

If you only have access to your summary record, you’ll see a message on your GP health record. The message will let you know that you can request access to more information.

To see more information in your record, such as your test results and immunisations, click here and request access to your detailed coded record.
